DSST Test Prep – Student Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online learning platform located at https://courses.dssttestprep.com (“Platform”), operated by Dantes Test Prep LLC, doing business as DSST Test Prep (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use or access this Platform.

1. Purpose of These Terms

These Terms apply exclusively to students and subscribers who access DSST Test Prep courses, materials, and services hosted on our Thinkific platform at courses.dssttestprep.com.

For general website visitors who access our main site (blogs, information, or non-student content), please refer to our separate Website Terms of Use at https://www.dssttestprep.com.

2. Account and Access

You must create an individual student account to access our digital courses.
Accounts are for single-user access only and may not be shared.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any unauthorized sharing or resale of your account may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Subscription and Renewal Policy

We offer two subscription types:

Class-by-Class Subscription – grants access to specific course content for 30 days.
All Access Pass Subscription – grants access to all DSST courses for the duration of the active subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Thinkific dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current term.

4. Digital Goods Fulfillment Policy

All DSST Test Prep courses and subscriptions are delivered electronically through our online learning platform (Thinkific). Access is granted immediately once payment is confirmed. Because our courses are digital, sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Digital access is considered delivered and fulfilled once you have logged in to your account and accessed the student dashboard, regardless of course completion.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact [email protected], and we will make every effort to assist you. However:

No refunds are provided for any unused or used portions of any subscription type.
No pro-rated refunds or partial-month refunds are issued.
Refunds are not provided for subscriptions canceled after digital access has begun.
Subscriptions are intended for individual users only; accounts with multiple users may be terminated without refund.

6. Dispute and Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting DSST Test Prep Support.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please email [email protected] within seven (7) days of purchase for review.

Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of your student account and may be reported to the payment network as abuse.

We provide full usage logs and access records to our payment processor to verify authorized digital access.

7. Student Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own study habits, preparation, and engagement. DSST Test Prep provides educational materials and guidance, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or passing scores on official DSST exams.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including text, videos, quizzes, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Dantes Test Prep LLC and are protected under copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal study only. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale of our materials is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dantes Test Prep LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in question.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you violate these Terms, share your account, or misuse our intellectual property.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

You agree that any dispute shall first be addressed through direct communication with DSST Test Prep Support. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
